The Miró group attended the American Chemical Society Spring meeting in New Orleans. Dr. Miro gave a talk titled "Streamlining the exploration of the chemical space of lanthanide and actinide oxide nanoclusters" in the Lanthanide and Actinide session (INORG) and another talk titled "A nucleation journey with polyoxovanadate-alkoxide clusters" in the Ligand Design, Synthesis, and Reactivity (INORG). Genevieve Duggan presented a poster titled "Understanding structure-function relationships in the nucleation of polyoxovanadate-alkoxide clusters" in the computers in chemistry session (COMP) as well as at the SciMix poster session. The group also had time to enjoy NOLA's great food and recruit proud chemistry younglings.
